This minor explores the foundation of our legal system, legal research and various areas of the law, including business law, the law of sport and recreation, law and society, criminal law, and the U.S. Constitution.

It provides a perfect complement to many major areas of study at the Mount, including Legal Studies and Criminology. The minor is not designed to prepare a student for a career as a paralegal, and has not been approved by the American Bar Association.
