Counseling Services

Professional mental health counselors are available to support student success through individual counseling, psycho-educational testing, and alcohol, tobacco and other drug assessment and education as well as online mental health screenings.  We also provide crisis intervention, continuity of care with other mental health providers, and facilitate appropriate referrals to other local mental health providers as needed.  There is no extra charge for counseling services.

Health Services

Health Services is staffed by medical professionals, including a full-time registered nurse and a medical assistant, as well as physicians who are available on a limited basis.  Walk-in hours for medical services are available Monday-Friday during Fall and Spring semester. Appointments are encouraged.

There is an additional fee to see a physician ($15.00). All students – resident and commuter, part time or full time – can visit Health Services.
