ENROLLMENT STEPS & FORMS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS & RECENT HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES
You will complete your enrollment forms by logging into your Student Status page at.www.msj.edu/apply/status. If you have forgotten your login information, you will be able to self-service reset on the "forgot your password" link available on the page.
PRINT & MAIL FORMS
Download the appropriate forms as instructed from the Student Status page and return them according to the instructions located on the forms.
