First-Time Benefit Users

Complete the online VA Form 22-1990 - Application for VA Education Benefits on the GI Bill™ website. Bring a copy of the submitted application and a copy of your DD-214 or DD-2384-NOBE (Notice of Basic Eligibility) to the VA benefits representative in the Registrar’s Office for certification of enrollment.

 

Transfer Students

Complete the online VA Form 22-1995 - Request for Change of Program or Place of Training on the GI Bill™ website. Bring a copy of the submitted form and a copy of your DD-212 or DD-2384-NOBE (Notice of Basic Eligibility) to the VA benefits representative in the Registrar’s Office for certification of enrollment.
