The Title IX Coordinator has the authority to investigate allegations involving Title IX allegations in every form or appoint investigators or Deputy Title IX Coordinators as necessary. Title IX Coordinators are also responsible for providing annual training to members of the Mount community on topics pertaining to responsible employee obligations, policies and procedures changes and implementations, Clery Act and the Violence Against Women’s Act.
